HEMOSPONGE® Tampon is a cylindrical haemostatic sponge with a hollow centre, specially designed for haemorrhoidal and coloproctological surgeries. It can be easily placed using a proctoscope at the end of surgery to control mild to moderate bleeding. The sponge absorbs continuously oozing fluids and provides prolonged haemostasis while supporting nearby tissues and reducing irritation.
